United We Row Summit - On Demand

The United We Row Summit is a free, interactive virtual conference bringing rowing leaders, coaches, and community members together to share ideas and learn practical strategies for making our sport more inclusive.
 

The 2025 United We Row Summit, held November 19–20, has officially concluded, and all sessions are now available to watch on YouTube.
Across two days, speakers and panels explored:

• Creating inclusive and welcoming team cultures
• Launching new initiatives to address barriers to participation
• Fundraising strategies to sustain efforts
• Supporting athletes with a variety of abilities and identities

Featuring voices and partners such as Kwabena Antoine Nixon, Caragh McMurtry, the Center for Healing and Justice Through Sport, Positive Coaching Alliance, Tom Farrey (Aspen Institute), RowLA, and more.
