Let’s take rowing to the next level - together.
The United We Row Summit is a free and interactive two-day virtual conference designed to bring rowing leadership, coaches, and other community members together to network, share ideas, and learn tangible skills on making their boathouses more inclusive.
Topics generally include fostering a positive culture, fundraising, launching new programs, and coaching athletes with diverse abilities.
