Creating a more welcoming and accessible sport takes more than good intentions. It takes leaders with the tools, skills, and confidence to turn ideas into action. The 2026 United We Row Summit is a free, two-day virtual event designed to equip you to lead.

This year, we’re focused on practical learning: the tools you can use, the skills you can build, and the actions you can take to make a meaningful impact in your program and community. Sessions will explore topics like practical ways to jump-start inclusion efforts, using AI to strengthen your work, supporting athletes more effectively, and building programs and cultures where more people can succeed.

Whether you're a coach, club leader, administrator, volunteer, or athlete, the goal is simple: you should leave every session with something you can use.

Hosted virtually and for free, the Summit will feature:

Practical tools and resources you can put to work immediately
Hands-on sessions focused on real challenges facing rowing leaders
Skills and strategies for better supporting athletes and communities
New ideas and technology, including ways to use AI to advance inclusion
